NYC office breakfast catering: how much to order and what to expect
Updated: Sep 27
For NYC office breakfast catering, Uptaco delivers individually wrapped breakfast tacos with our in-house drivers. Your delivery stays with the Uptaco team, without a third-party delivery handoff. Choose potato, egg, and cheese, bacon, egg, and cheese, or plant chorizo, then add coffee and breakfast sides.

Who delivers your catering order?
Uptaco uses in-house drivers for catering delivery. You coordinate your order and delivery details with the Uptaco team. Before your event, provide your building's delivery entrance, receiving contact, and access instructions so your driver has the information needed for arrival.
Why do in-house drivers matter for an office breakfast?
Your meeting has a start time, and your delivery includes more than an address. Keeping delivery with Uptaco gives you one team to coordinate food, arrival instructions, and questions about your order. Read why delivery planning matters for NYC catering.
How much breakfast should you order?
Plan for 2 to 2.5 food items per guest. Count drinks separately. Divide your food total between tacos and breakfast sides, then adjust to your guests' appetites and dietary preferences.
Guests | Food items | Drinks |
10 | 20 to 25 | Count separately |
20 | 40 to 50 | Count separately |
30 | 60 to 75 | Count separately |
50 | 100 to 125 | Count separately |
Fruit cups, yogurt parfaits, and overnight oats give you options alongside tacos. Use the current menu to check availability and serving sizes.
What arrives with your order?
Your breakfast tacos arrive individually wrapped and labeled in foil pans. Plates, utensils, napkins, drink cups, and sugar are included. Add your coffee and any required milk to the order.
How do you plan delivery and timing?
Enter your delivery address and event date in the ordering menu to check availability, current minimums, fees, and lead times. Standard breakfast orders generally need 24 hours' notice; bakery items need 72 hours. A rush request requires kitchen confirmation.
Choose a delivery time that gives you time to receive the order and set up before your meeting.
How do you handle dietary requests?
Count guests' dietary preferences before choosing your mix. If a guest has an allergy or celiac disease, ask for kitchen review before ordering. Cross-contact is possible, so do not treat a plant-based menu label as an allergy guarantee.
How do you place your order?
Open the breakfast catering menu, enter your event details, and choose your items. For staffed service or a request outside the menu, contact Uptaco for a quote.
